How Do I Place An Order On Your Web Site ?

Its-A-Breeze Ltd DOES NOT trade, rent, or sell your personal information to anyone. We may notifiy you by e-mail from time to time with any Sales Promotions that might be going on. But we will never release you information to anybody else.
What Is The Delivery Cost ?
On payment,to ensure product reaches you intact we use our own transport and will demonstrate product on delivery.
Delivery cost is calculated as miles from Bishop Auckland or Teesside (whichever is less) at £0.40 per mile.
Example: Cardiff postcode at 293 miles is £117.20 - Leeds at 70 miles is £28.00 - London £100 etc.
To get a rough idea of the distance you can look at The AA Website and enter either TS1 or DL14 as the From: point and your postcode as the To: point then click get route. The distance will be displayed at the top of the page in miles.
Alternatively we will work with your own Carrier / Courier, however, any claims for damages or breakages resulting from courier transport must be directed to your carrier.
If you have special delivery requirements please leave instructions in the Message to Seller (Optional) section and we will endeavour to meet them.
Special Deliveries may have an additional charge payable on delivery or upon receipt of an additional Invoice.
Please note that all items ordered are not necessarily shipped together and that some items may be Back Ordered at the time you place your order.

How Can I Find Out About The Staus Of My Order ?
Customer Service will answer questions related to products and orders. If you have a question about a product please e-mail us and we will get back to you as soon as possible, For orders please give us your name and address including billing post code, and your paypal confirmation number if possible. What Are The Details Of Your Product Warrenty?
We check all merchandise before shipment. Damages during shipment will be replaced or refunded.
LCD TVs have a warranty for a period of two years from date of purchase providing the product has not been tampered with, had unauthorised repair, been damaged, dropped or been used against the advice provided in the “Users Manual”.
Repairs beyond the two year period or where Customer damage / misuse is evident will be charged at our standard rates.
It is important that the Warranty Registration provided is filled in within 10 days from the date of Purchase and returned to the UK address provided on the Invoice.
The Warranty covers both Materials and Labour and a replacement equivalent set will be provided for the period that the failed set is being repaired.
Collection of the failed product within Warranty will be charged at £0.20 per mile from Bishop Auckland and the repaired product will be returned free of charge. Where the product is outside Warranty the product return will also be charged at £0.20 per mile.
This Warranty may be varied in detail but not overall intent to account for factors such as significant increases in fuel charges and the latest issue of this document is always available in this section.
